Lover of the simple life, amazing music and great conversations. I work as a shiatsu therapist and acupuncturist, and I am also very much a musician. My practice is prasara yoga, wudang practical taichichuan, hanna somatics, focusing and just being breathed.

As for spiritual paths,  I've dabbled in everything from atheism to gnosticism, in traditions from virtually every continent, with scars and diplomas to prove it, and is very happy today that I have landed in my own way, perhaps with a more discerning/sceptic/integral slant than is popular, however - I must add - I find this a more inclusive and humble way than many paths I have throd.

I think my scepticism is a natural consequence of a relentless search for truth, and I have a great fondness for looking behind the scenes. Being a healer of profession, phenomena like placebo and hypnosis fascinate me, also I prefer to think in terms of psychoneuroimmunology, connective tissue, and integrity than Qi, Jing, and Shen.
